Evren Lands Me a Spot in Amazon Author Rank's Top 100

Wee! Look what I found! While tinkering with my profile in Amazon's Author Central, I noticed this little line appearing below my book's info.
So apparently, the Amazon Author Rank is based on overall sales of all books of an Author that are presently available in Amazon. It's updated by the hour.
I find it pretty amazing that I managed to rank at all so that #99 spot is a huge thing for me. And I know I owe it to you guys for buying / borrowing / reviewing Evren.

Hi, Just finished reading Evren and thought it was wonderful. It was nice reading about something other than vampires. I'm actually a high school math teacher and started reading young adult novels to start a classroom library for my kids. I also keep a list of digital novels that are free or less than five dollars (very low income community) so they can use their phones for something other than texting in class (never my class :)). I keep a calendar to keep track of all the series we read so we know when to start looking for new releases. I have been bombarded with whines that they can't find any information about when the next book may be available so I promised to take some time and research for information. Long story short I found one of your blogs that said that you were working on the first draft and was wondering if you have any idea when I should mark on the calendar to start looking? I know authors always have a lot going on and this may not even be possible but I don't want them to forget to keep looking. Great book and I hope you can help us keep you in our library.

Hi, Loukisha - first of all, sorry for the late response. Comment notifications were accidentally tagged as spam, but I've got all that fixed now.

Anyway, to answer your question - yes, there will be a sequel, out maybe Feb or March. Hope you check out my other books as well meanwhile! :) Thanks for reaching out!

I think I found your book on my daily Pixel of Ink in my email and decided to give it a try. I have a few Indie Author friends and love to show my support for Indie Authors. I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading the next one in the series. I am a grandmother and lean towards the paranormal as far as my reading tastes go. I now NEED to check into more of your books! INDIE AUTHORS ROCK!

Oh, wow - I feel really happy and honored whenever I find out there's a grandmom who's read my book...and actually liked it! :) TY for the nice words - I love indie authors, too! Haha.

Hey !!! I read 2 of your books - evren and the werewolf prince and beleive me i am in love with your style of writing. It makes me feel as if i am standing there myself. now ... in the werewolf prince - it was a cliff hanger so ....intense ??? no. i do not know the word for i felt but i just can't wait for the second book. Evren is my fav !!!!!! I have read that book like 7 times! i just love it. and may i ask a secret you can reply in yes or no. okay ??? but it is not really necessary anyways. I was wondering that maybe dyvian and davie. i mean that is perfect but still you are the author and i trust you to lead me into a good tale. But that would be awesome !!!! So all my best wishes for writing more books !!!
