This week, I've made a decision to make my health my priority. I usually write at night, but when I go to the gym, I end up having no energy to work so I don't get to write. When this happened several times, I decided not to go to the gym because obviously, I need to work.
But then I got to thinking. That's such a cop out. So, now what I do is I try to sleep early so I can wake up early, work during the day then go to the gym. I'm pleasantly tired after working out that I practically fall asleep soon as I get home. This is a huge relief to me because I got so used to working late that I can't make myself sleep early even if I want to.
Anyway, I just wanted to share this in case other writers are suffering from the same problems I do. If you are, I totally feel you. :D
